Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Platform Management:

Customise and optimise HubSpot to meet the studio’s operational and marketing needs.
Set up and manage workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline processes.
Maintain accurate and organised data across the CRM.
Marketing Automation:

Develop and refine email campaigns, sequences, and templates to support lead nurturing and conversion.
Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all HubSpot marketing materials.
Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure HubSpot is effectively utilised for tracking and managing leads.
Create custom dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
Client Journey Optimisation:

Map and enhance the end-to-end client journey within HubSpot, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Implement feedback loops to continuously improve client communication and satisfaction.
Training and Support:

Provide training to team members on HubSpot tools and best practices.
Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and technical support.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:

Proven expertise in HubSpot, including CRM, marketing, and sales hub functionalities.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle management.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using HubSpot’s tools.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools that integrate with HubSpot.
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page customisation is a plus.
Personal Qualities:

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical team members.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

HubSpot certification(s) are highly desirable.
Experience in a photography or creative industry is an advantage.
