Job Overview:
he HubSpot Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our inbound marketing strategies. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot’s suite of tools, including email marketing, lead nurturing, automation workflows, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be a proactive marketer with a passion for driving engagement, generating leads, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns through the HubSpot Sales Pro platform and the HubSpot Content Hub. Moreover, managing email marketing, landing pages, and lead generation initiatives.
• Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and using LinkedIn and Zoom Info.
• Collaborate with the sales and content teams to create effective inbound marketing strategies.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and analyze data to drive marketing decisions and enhance campaign performance.
• Create compelling content for email campaigns, landing pages, and automated marketing workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and optimize performance based on data insights.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on inbound marketing and automation.
• Expertise in HubSpot’s marketing suite (HubSpot Sales Pro & HubSpot Content Hub), including email marketing, workflows, and CRM integration.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Zoom Info
• Proven experience in designing and executing marketing automation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising is a plus.
