HubSpot Cleanup Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HubSpot Cleanup Associate to perform a comprehensive
audit and cleanup of our HubSpot CRM. There are currently 500ish real contacts that we need to
segment. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, implement efficient tagging systems, and set up
or refine automation workflows to optimize our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full audit and cleanup of existing HubSpot data to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicates. Research to complete contact profiles including LinkedIn research and clean up.

Develop and implement tagging systems to enhance organization and reporting capabilities.

Set up and refine HubSpot automations, including workflows, email sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns.

Optimize CRM fields, properties, and segmentation to align with company processes.

Provide recommendations on best practices for maintaining clean, accurate, and actionable data.
