JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a dedicated, full-time Advanced Systems Administrator with deep HubSpot expertise who can masterfully balance complex system implementations while driving client success. This is a core position within our organization for a technical power user who can architect sophisticated HubSpot solutions, manage system integrations, and maintain peak platform performance while ensuring client objectives are exceeded.

As an integral member of our team, you'll serve as the technical backbone of our client operations, combining your advanced HubSpot knowledge with strong project management skills to design, implement, and optimize complex system configurations.

This full-time role demands someone who can dive deep into technical requirements while maintaining clear communication with clients. You'll own the entire technical infrastructure, from initial system architecture to ongoing optimization, while managing multiple high-priority projects and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Strategy

-Lead key client accounts and develop strategic plans to achieve their goals
-Maintain 2-hour response time and conduct weekly video meetings
-Plan and execute inbound marketing strategies
-Monitor marketing/sales performance metrics
-Provide comprehensive project management and progress reporting

Systems Administration
-Manage HubSpot platforms
-Implement and maintain workflow automation
-Configure system integrations using tools like Zapier, Jitterbit, and Workato
-Design reporting dashboards and data visualizations
-Oversee data quality and cleansing operations

Required Qualifications
-3+ years of HubSpot administration experience
-1-2 years of client-facing project management experience
-HubSpot Inbound Certification
-Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
-Excellence in client communication and team management
-Advanced technical and creative writing abilities
-Expertise in inbound marketing and sales methodologies
-Proven experience with marketing automation tools
-Strong personal brand and professional presence

Preferred Qualifications
-Salesforce or HubSpot certifications
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
-Experience with marketing attribution
-Knowledge of B2B SaaS industry
