JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:

As a HubSpot Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM. You will be responsible for setting up the system, tailoring it to meet business needs, managing user access, creating workflows, and generating insightful reports. Your expertise will ensure our CRM is a powerful tool that supports our marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Account Setup: Initial setup of the HubSpot account, including company details, branding, and settings configuration.
• CRM Customization: Tailor the CRM to the specific needs of the business, including custom fields, views, and pipelines.
• Managing Users and Permissions: Add, remove, and manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
• Creating and Managing Workflows: Automate business processes through workflows for tasks like lead nurturing, follow-ups, and notifications.
• Assisting in Email Campaigns: Assist in designing, scheduling, and analyzing email campaigns. Create follow-up workflows and import contact lists.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and business outcomes.
• Integration with Other Tools: Connect HubSpot with other tools and platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
• Maintaining Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the HubSpot CRM through regular audits and cleaning.
• Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to HubSpot users to ensure they can effectively use the platform.
• Sales & Service Enablement: Support the sales, acquisition, and admin teams with tools, content, and training to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Review and optimize HubSpot processes and configurations to enhance performance and efficiency.


Qualifications:
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and its various features.
• Strong understanding of CRM customization and data management.
• Experience in managing user access and permissions.
• Ability to create and manage workflows for business automation.
• Skills in designing and analyzing email campaigns.
• Competence in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other tools and platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
• Effective communication skills for training and support.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Technical skills, including knowledge of APIs and other integrations.
• Business knowledge and the ability to support sales and service teams.
• Has Positive Attitude: A proactive, can-do approach to work and willingness to tackle new challenges.
