How-To Video and/or thumbnail creator

Looking for a freelancer to make How-to video tutorials (able to do thumbnails is a plus) on YouTube and easy to understand thumbnails on YouTube

simple 1-2 minute long videos + your own English voiceover (nothing AI), minimum editing to just cut out stutters or pauses
$1-1.2/each video
5-10 videos per day 35-70 videos per week (working with a team of 3-5)

would be helpful if you have photoshop (just have the application)
training on standard procedure will be provided
