Hospitality Sales & Marketing Professional

Two years ago I moved my family from Utah, USA to Belize to purchase and renovate the resort. We are now ready to bring on another sales and marketing professional to our team to help fill our resort and achieve our revenue goals.

I will not accept contract workers or part-time workers that are taking on another job. I am looking for a full-time long-term employment relationship with a marketing and sales professional that wants to join a top-tier team. You will work directly with me, and also with the two other members of our sales and marketing team here in Belize.

Your schedule will be primarily during daytime hours in the Philippines. You will start your work early in the morning and be able to have a normal sleeping schedule.

Here are some of the job responsibilities, which may change over time:

- Answering incoming requests from guests via phone call, email, and messages
- Sell vacation packages to guests
- Help guests schedule their desired tours and excursions
- Support requests from the sales manager (Me)
- Call potential guests, partners and clients to discuss opportunities at our resort

Some of the following would also be responsibilities depending on your experience & interests:

- Write blog, website and email content
- Post blog, website and email content
- Manage paid ads on Google, Meta, or other platforms
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Perform Sales Development tasks by generating lists of potential clients and reaching out to them
- Other tasks to help generate more demand for the resort
