Rate: $4/hr, and earn 40,000 PHP/month.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST with 1 hr unpaid lunch.


Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in hospice/home health required
- Must be a Registered Nurse/Physical Therapist
- Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance
- Proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Experience in Kinnser/WellSky
- Working knowledge of HospiceMD and CareStitch software is a big plus
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Experience ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state licensing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of OASIS SOC/ROC/Recertification reviews and Medicare/Medicaid compliance.


Responsibilities:
- Audit patient records to ensure ongoing compliance with documentation standards.
- Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines and ensure quality care.
- Compile, review, analyze, and graph audit data while maintaining quality reports.
- Collaborate with hospice staff to follow up on audit results and ensure proper documentation.
- Work closely with the Compliance Team to identify performance issues and staff educational needs.
- Ensure clinical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with documentation requirements and program-specific rules.
- Ensure clinical records are maintained in their original form, free from alteration or fabrication.
- Conduct OASIS SOC/ROC/Recertification reviews for past field staff visits.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations and standards of practice, and ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and State licensing requirements.
- Review documentation for necessity of services, quality care, and compliance with physician orders and the plan of care, ensuring appropriate reimbursement.
- Ensure accuracy of claims by verifying necessary services with proper physician orders.
- Create clinical orders for clinicians to review and approve.
- Follow up with physicians’ offices to obtain signed orders within regulatory timelines.
- Use electronic faxes to send/receive documentation from doctors and other sources.
- Communicate with field staff via phone, text, and chat.
- Prefill visit notes with required data to streamline documentation.
