Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Online Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching young learners and be committed to creating a supportive and engaging online learning environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide intensive and individualized 1v1 English instruction to students aged 5-15.
• Utilize international-standard curriculums such as Reach Higher, A Closer Look, Great Writing, Think, Unlock, and Reading Explorer.
• Supplement and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications:
• Licensed Professional Teacher with at least 2 years of teaching experience (Kindergarten-Grade 6).
• Has a Neutral, American, or British accent.
• Near native-speaker fluency in English.
• Enjoys working with young learners aged 5-15.
• Preferably has experience with online English teaching.
• Preferably has experience with the following curriculums: Reach Higher, A Closer Look, Great Writing, Think, Unlock, Reading Explorer.
• Preferably has experience with Classin.
• Digitally literate. Familiar with Microsoft Suite and other educational sites.
• Must have a stable and fast internet connection and a PC/laptop with at least Windows 10/Mac OS Catalina.
