What will you be doing

Help clients deal with technical issues

Connect remotely and solve problems

Backend configurations

Provide IT support via email and over the phone

Resolve network, server, hardware and software issues

Ability to escalate urgent problems



Who we are looking for

Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT troubleshooting, setup or maintenance related role

Strong fundamental understanding of computers

Proficient in Office 365 support, networking, cloud services, and Cloud PABX system

Solid understanding of Microsoft products such as office suite and apps 2016+

Server and Network related skills

Proficiency in the following is an advantage:

- Webroot

- Sophos firewalls

- SharePoint

- Datto
