Position Overview:
As a Home Healthcare Agency Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and appropriate care. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients, managing phone communications, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a thorough understanding of scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs and caregiver availability.
- Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers via phone and email to confirm schedules and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in our system.
- Handle incoming phone calls from clients and caregivers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure optimal staffing levels and client satisfaction.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the agency's operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in scheduling or a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and efficient, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and caregivers.
