Home Health and Hospice Agency Durable Medical Equipment Coordinator (Work From Home)

Rate: $2.50/hr, and earn 25,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST with 1 hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the inventory management to ensure a consistent supply of necessary medical supplies.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely delivery and setup of DME for patients
- Ensures that medical supply orders are processed timely and accurately to avoid patient care disruptions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality materials.
- Use various online systems to place direct ship orders or in-person deliveries of supplies to patients.
- Make call to various DME providers to order supplies to be sent to patients via courier or in-person delivery
- Implement and monitor processes for tracking and managing supply orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Create reports to track orders in a timely manner.
- Create timely and accurate documentation and filing of patient information.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Must have Home Health and/or Hospice experience.
- Must know Kinnser software.

Good to Have Qualifications:
- Experience with HospiceMD software.
- Experience with CareStitch.
