JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads, and assist in outreach to grow the business network.

CRM Management: Organize and maintain the CRM system for efficient client and project tracking.
Business Organization: Centralize all business operations and project details in Notion for streamlined management.

Social Media & Creative Asset Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, organizing creative assets, and scheduling content.

Podcast Editing & Publishing: Edit and post podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and timely release.
Copywriting & Ghostwriting: Craft compelling copy for various platforms, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media.

Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks like calendar and email ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
Expertise in Notion, Google Suite, and Excel.
Excellent organizational and communication skills and creative writing.
Proven experience in project management, content creation, social media management, and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with MidJourney and other AI tools.
Basic video editing skills.
Interest in creative fields such as music, film, technology, and media.
