Hiring an AI Developer to Create an Amazon Title-Rewriting Tool

We are looking for an experienced AI developer to create a simple yet efficient AI tool for our business. This tool will help us and our clients rewrite and update short titles (maximum 200 characters) based on specific rules. The tool should also support bulk processing of CSV files, providing an updated file with the rewritten titles in a new column.

Scope of Work:

Title Rewriting:
- The tool must rewrite Amazon titles following predefined rules (e.g., no words should be repeated more than twice).
- Ensure the rewritten titles stay within the 200-character limit.
- More rules to be discussed upon project commencement

CSV File Support:
- Allow users to upload CSV files with titles for bulk processing.
- Output a new CSV file with an additional column showing the updated titles.

User-Friendly Interface:
- Design a simple interface for users to upload files and download the updated output.
- Provide options to customise rules (location of brand names, pack sizes, variations).

Scalability & Performance:
- The tool should handle large datasets efficiently.
- Implement error handling for invalid file uploads or titles exceeding limits.

Deliverables:
- Fully functional AI tool with the features mentioned above.
- Documentation on how to use the tool, including installation/setup instructions (if required).
- Source code, if applicable.

Skills Required:
- Strong experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar.
- Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) for text rewriting.
- Experience with handling and processing CSV files.
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces.

Preferred Experience:
