We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook & Google Ads campaigns at an expert level. What You’ll Be Doing:
? Managing and scaling high-budget Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
? Building & optimizing lead generation funnels for home improvement & service businesses
? A/B testing creatives, ad copies, targeting strategies, and landing pages
? Analyzing data & making real-time adjustments to improve campaign performance
? Implementing advanced audience segmentation & retargeting strategies
? Staying ahead of platform updates and ensuring campaigns comply with best practices
? Working closely with our creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives

Requirements (Only Apply If You Meet These!):
? Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing high-budget Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
? Deep expertise in lead generation for service-based businesses – MUST
? Proven experience in the home improvement/remodeling industry – major advantage
? Strong analytical skills – ability to track and improve ROAS & CPL efficiently
? Experience with tracking tools & attribution models (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.)
? Ability to work in Israel time zone (Philippines: 2 PM – 10 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM)
? Self-motivated, data-driven, and performance-oriented mindset
