Job Description:
As a Customer Support & Admin Representative, you will:

Provide top-notch customer support via email, chat, and calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, document management, and report generation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to improving support workflows. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring all interactions reflect professionalism and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a courteous, efficient manner
Perform administrative support tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Update and manage databases, track inquiries, and prepare reports as needed
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

Excellent English skills – both spoken and written
Flexibility with hours – availability to work various shifts
Customer support and/or administrative experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
