Day in the Life of a Marketing Manager at GT Ecom
-Manage and lead the marketing team responsible for conversion rate optimization (CRO), average order value (AOV) optimization,
-Lead and train the marketing team, providing strategic direction and support for each store’s success.
-Oversee designers and developers who assist with implementing marketing strategies and optimizing performance.
-Monitor store performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
-Drive the success of advertising efforts,
-Refine and develop marketing strategies based on performance data and industry trends.

You’ll be an essential part of our Managerial team, working alongside the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. You’ll be at the heart of our strategic decision-making, contributing to high-level discussions, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
We would love to hear from you if…
-You’ve successfully worked with e-commerce brands, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries. Fashion industry experience as a plus
-You bring at least 3 years of marketing management experience, demonstrating strong leadership in driving results
-You are proficient in marketing, with media buying/advertising experience
-You’ve successfully marketed low-ticket products with a focus on increasing conversions
-You’re someone who loves challenges and enjoys finding creative solutions
-Bonus skills include additional experience in marketing automation and media buying to optimize campaign performance further
