Most importantly, you have led and scaled D2C e-commerce operations past 7 figures—you understand the unique challenges, and you know how to solve them at scale.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize all daily operations, ensuring seamless execution across every department
- Develop scalable systems and processes that enable rapid growth
- Refine fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management, reducing inefficiencies and maximizing margins
- Lead and inspire a high-performance team, fostering accountability and ownership
- Analyze key operational metrics, identify pain points, and implement solutions for sustainable growth
- Work directly with the founders, aligning operations with aggressive business goals

- Proven track record leading D2C e-commerce operations at 7-figure+ scale (this is non-negotiable)
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and optimizing remote teams
- Deep expertise in logistics, supply chain, and process automation

- Ability to solve problems under pressure and execute fast in high-growth environments
- Experience scaling e-commerce brands to 8 figures is a huge plus
