Responsibilities:
Business Oversight & Optimization: Take charge of the daily operations for your assigned business, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment with strategic goals.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance and a collaborative culture.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
Strategic Financial Management: Manage budgets, oversee cash flow, and implement financial strategies to drive profitability.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operations adhere to local laws and proactively address potential risks.
Performance Monitoring & Growth: Regularly review KPIs and develop strategies to improve business performance and scalability.
Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to ensure business continuity.

'Requirements:
Management Experience: At least 5 years in operations or business management, with a proven track record of driving success in one or more industries.
English Proficiency: Must have excellent spoken and written English skills for effective communication and reporting.
Industry Expertise: Experience in one of the following industries—rental arbitrage, e-commerce, events, or hospitality—is preferred.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve measurable success.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing both day-to-day tasks and long-term goals.
Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:
Competitive Salary: $10-$14 USD per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Payment Terms: Payment is made every 30 days. During the initial 30-day period, all Business Operations Managers must meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to qualify for payment release. This structure ensures alignment with performance expectations from day one.
