JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full time experienced bookkeeper with extensive knowledge and experience in Google Sheets and Make.com who can maintain existing files and automations and prepare new ones.

Job Description -
- You will be responsible for recording and maintaining our company's financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses,
sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain existing files - add more data from different sources on daily/weekly basis, keep all formulas working
Create new files to present new data.
- Proven experience in maintaining and creating automations on Make.com / Zapier
- Familiarity with different modules in Make.com

Skills required:
- Expertise Bookkeeping experience.
- Knowledge and proven experience with Make.com (previously Integromat).
- Google Sheets experience - must know and control all common formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IMPORTRANGE, COUNTIF
CONCATENATE, all IF formulas, Define Named Range etc.)
- Excellent attention to details.
- Great English speaking and writing.
- Independent working ability.
- Must have a good and stable internet connection.
- Initiative and team oriented.
Full time and long term availability.
