Web Developer Wanted: Join Our Fast-Growing Digital Agency

We are a fast-growing web design and digital marketing agency in the US seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer. This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to grow into a long-term role. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of web development experience who can efficiently build and maintain websites while meeting tight deadlines. About the Role

As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in building, optimizing, and maintaining websites across multiple platforms, including Wix, WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality websites quickly and efficiently, demonstrating your ability to turn around projects and tasks at a fast pace. Your expertise will contribute directly to our agency’s continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

-Website Development & Maintenance
Build, edit, and maintain websites on Wix, WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
Optimize sites for SEO, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve site issues such as broken links, plugin conflicts, and speed optimizations.
Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript edits when needed.
Manage domain setups, DNS records, and website migrations.

-Digital Marketing & Content Support
Design Google My Business graphics and social media post templates.
Format and update blog posts with proper styling, images, and SEO best practices.
Create simple landing pages and lead capture forms.

-Other Tasks (As Needed)
Resize and optimize images for fast-loading sites.
Basic video editing for short social media clips (a plus, but not required).
Collaborate on website mockups using Figma or Adobe XD (a plus).
Stay updated on web development trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with Wix, WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (PHP is a plus).
Experience implementing SEO best practices for site optimization.
Graphic design skills using Canva and Photoshop. (a plus)
Familiarity with DNS settings, website migrations, and hosting platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver projects quickly.
Strong English communication skills.

Hours & Availability
5 - 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
