Are you a highly skilled English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills? We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Acquisition & Disposition Specialist to join our team. This role involves reaching out to property owners, securing contracts with motivated sellers, and negotiating deals with cash buyers.
Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Acquisition:
-Call property owners to determine if they are interested in selling their home.
-Gather key details, including the asking price and timeline for selling.
-Engage property owners to explore potential cooperative leasing opportunities with our company.
-Build rapport and maintain professional communication with homeowners.
Working Hours:
10 am- 2 pm EST
Contract Negotiation & Disposition:
-Present purchase agreements to sellers and secure contracts.
-Communicate with cash buyers to sell the contract and facilitate smooth transactions.
-Negotiate effectively to maximize deal profitability.
Qualifications:
-Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
-Sales experience, preferably in real estate, cold calling, or customer service.
-Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently.
-Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
-Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
