JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
The HighLevel Onboarding and Coaching Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process and providing ongoing coaching to ensure they successfully recruit clients and/or partners. This role requires a deep understanding of HighLevel software, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:
Lead clients through the initial setup and configuration of HighLevel software.
Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize clients with the platform's features and functionalities.
Ensure a smooth transition from setup to active use of the software.
Coaching and Support:

Provide one-on-one coaching to clients, helping them develop strategies to recruit clients and partners using HighLevel.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or challenges clients may face.
Develop and deliver training materials, including tutorials, webinars, and guides.
Client Success Management:

Monitor client progress and provide proactive guidance to ensure they are on track to meet their recruitment goals.
Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Celebrate client successes and milestones, fostering a positive and motivating experience.
Feedback and Improvement:

Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and coaching process.
Collaborate with the product development team to suggest enhancements to HighLevel software based on client feedback.
Continuously update and improve onboarding and coaching materials to reflect best practices and new features.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with HighLevel software, including setup, configuration, and advanced features.
Strong coaching and training skills with a demonstrated ability to help clients achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client success.
Experience in sales or recruitment is a plus.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2-3 years of experience in client onboarding, training, or coaching roles.
