High end Thumbnail designer

Looking for a VERY experienced Youtube thumbnail designer for a long term job. The job includes making high end thumbnails for an established Youtube channel in the hiphop/entertainment Niche. Please attach a link to your previous thumbnails with your application.

There's no need to apply without sending sample work. Applications without sample work will NOT be read. Besides that, please only apply if you can make high level thumbnails. I'm not looking for the 'top 10' cashcow thumbnails.
