. Handle high-volume ad production (multiple variations per day)
. Take feedback well and improve quickly based on data and team input

What You Need:

. Proven experience creating high-performing video ads
. Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills for ads
. Deep understanding of marketing psychology & direct response advertising
. Ability to come up with new hooks and angles to sell a product
. Fluent in English (for scripting and communication)
. Fast-paced, highly motivated, and able to handle a high output of ads daily
. Open to feedback and rapid skill improvement
