High Level Site with SEO

I am looking for someone that knows and understands SEO to take an existing site and re-create it in HL. You will be responsible for enhancing the SEO on the current site - everything that is on the current site can be copied over to the HL site and you will have full responsibility of all SEO aspects. The site has about 15 pages and 15 blog entries that need to be created in HL. To be clear, the content already exists, and YOU must take care of copying all of it over to HL and you must properly format it and do the SEO work. After successfully having the site in HL, I will consider additional HL work for the selected candidate.
