Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preffered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO, customer service, appointment setting, real estate, office management, or any similar leadership role.
• Experience working with Australian clients/companies preferred.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Team player who seeks help when needed.
• Adaptable, resourceful, ambitious, and influential.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, loyalty, and commitment are essential for this long-term position.
• Familiarity with AI technology (ChatGPT) is a plus.
• Experience with systems like HubSpot and Google Workspace is advantageous but not required.

Technical Requirements:
• Minimum 8GB RAM and i5 processor or equivalent.
• At least 100 Mbps download and upload internet speed.
• Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
• Quick to learn and adapt to new technology.

Benefits:
-> Competitive salary package:
• 0-6 months: Php 60,000
• 6-12 months: Php 65,000
• 12 months (+): Php 70,000
-> Paid time off (Australian Holidays and 5 Paid VLs after regularisation).
-> Permanent work-from-home setup.
-> Weekends off.
-> Day shift schedule (8 AM-5 PM Philippine Time).
-> Ongoing training and support.
