Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Virtual Assistant with Marketing Experience, you will provide administrative support while also leveraging your marketing skills to help grow our digital presence and improve patient engagement. This role combines healthcare administration with a focus on digital marketing, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize virtual calendars, schedules, and appointments for healthcare professionals.
Handle patient inquiries via
Assist with patient onboarding, documentation, and follow-up communication.
Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation related to patient care.
Marketing Support:
Assist with creating and executing social media marketing campaigns on platforms like
Help manage and optimize
Write and edit content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the healthcare team to understand patient needs and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Assist with virtual meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in the healthcare industry.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and patient care workflows is a plus.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as GHL, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Other Requirements:
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA).
Preferred:
Experience in SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Go Highlevel) and patient management tools.
