JOB OVERVIEW

Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic LTD is a recognized leader in mobile and in-clinic hearing services across Greater Vancouver. As the first mobile hearing clinic of its kind in British Columbia, we’ve proudly served the region since 2009—delivering convenient, compassionate, and expert hearing care directly to clients’ homes and care communities.

With a growing number of new competitors entering the space, we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to help us stand out and lead the conversation around hearing health. This role is crucial in strengthening our online presence—especially on LinkedIn, with secondary support for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube—and ensuring that our unique offerings remain top-of-mind in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic, brand-aligned social media content that sets Hear at Home apart from new market entrants, focusing on what makes us different and better.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (video, image, and text) across platforms.
- Leverage storytelling to educate audiences on hearing health and promote our mobile-first services and innovations.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to evaluate content performance.
- Edit and produce branded video content for YouTube, reels, and short-form posts aligned with our tone and community outreach goals.
-Stay up-to-date with social media trends, particularly in healthcare and aging populations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or Digital Content Creator.
- Portfolio or examples of content that reflect brand differentiation and originality.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong writing skills and an eye for visuals that connect with our older adult audience and their families.
- Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Healthcare experience or knowledge of hearing care is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think strategically.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Bonus:
We’d love to hear how you would approach our current challenge:

With a new competitor entering our mobile service space, how would you adapt our content strategy to highlight our unique value?

If you're someone who brings creativity, initiative, and a strategic mindset—and you're ready to elevate a purpose-driven brand—then we'd love to meet you.

???? To apply, please send your resume, portfolio, and a short message about your favorite recent project.
