What You’ll Do:
? Schedule patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
? Answer calls, assist patients with scheduling needs, and provide friendly support
? Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth appointment flow
? Verify insurance details and collect necessary patient information
? Handle reschedules, cancellations, and last-minute changes like a pro

What We’re Looking For:
? Someone with top-notch communication skills—you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line!
? A master of multitasking—you can handle calls, schedules, and updates all at once.
? Experience in healthcare scheduling is a big plus!
? Tech-savvy with experience using EHR systems (AdvancedMD, eCW, etc.) or willing to learn.
? A team player with a positive, can-do attitude—we’re all about good vibes here!
