Job Overview:
At Vital Virtuals LLC, We are seeking a skilled Virtual Sales Associate with a strong background in healthcare sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills with a neutral English accent, and a proven track record in the BPO industry. This role requires proficiency in Canva for creating professional and eye-catching presentations, as well as exceptional organizational skills. The candidate must be persuasive and able to convey our value effectively to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
Present compelling and customized demos to healthcare businesses, including home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and address objections professionally.
Use GoHighLevel for client communication, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Follow up with leads to nurture and close sales opportunities.
Document client needs, discussions, and progress using CRM tools.
Assist hiring manager with the coordination for recruitment and candidate profile creation

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales
Proven ability to conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging demo presentations.
Experience with GoHighLevel CRM software or similar tools for client management.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

Hiring Process:
