We are looking for highly motivated and hard-working candidates to fill the Full-Time position of Intake Specialist/Customer Service Representative for our Healthcare Account.

Qualifications:
— Has a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment and can start immediately.
— Should have experience in a healthcare account, specifically Prior Authorization
— Has experience in prior authorization and insurance verification is a must
— Possess strong computer (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet skills.
— Willing to work on shifting schedules
— Keen to detail
— Excellent data entry and typing skills
— Strong time management
— Adaptability and accountability
— Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
— Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Home Office Requirements:
Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid (must provide a screenshot of a speed test)
Computer (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up)
Noise Cancelling Headset
Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup
