Role Overview
As the Head of Development, you will play a pivotal role in leading our automation development team and shaping our technical strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the creation and optimization of automation solutions while managing a team of skilled developers. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that align with our mission of giving people back their time.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee the creation, improvement, and implementation of Make.com scenarios, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs and logical process flows
- Evaluate and integrate new systems to enhance our automation capabilities
- Drive project management initiatives using Agile methodologies
- Provide regular progress reports and strategic insights to executive leadership
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation optimization

Baseline Skills Required
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management experience (if possible with Agile methodologies)
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Systems thinking approach to process optimization
- Optional: Experience with workflow automation tools (Make.com experience is a plus but we teach it anyway)
