Handling PayPal Disputes + Customer Support

We are looking for a part-time Customer Support AGENT to join our e-commerce team! The role is remote, with 1-2 hours of work per day (flexible). Very important that you have experience with handling Disputes Paypal !!!

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via email regarding products, orders, and returns
• Handle PayPal Disputes
• Resolve issues by contacting suppliers
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Experience in customer support and familiarity with Shopify
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Positive attitude and attention to detail

Pay & Benefits:
• Starting at $4/hr (negotiable)
