[Salary]
-$300 USD for 10 projects (you don't have to search for the visual elements such as video clips, images, drawings since all the elements will be provided.)
-Opportunity for revenue sharing as the channel grows—your income grows with each video's views increase.
-The bonus is based on how many views the video gets after being published. (We can discuss about this bonus after you show me your ability. But you should be okay with the basic payment.)
-I can provide 1~5 projects each week as long as you can manage.
-Expect the first project will take long as we need to adjust to the desired working style. But as we get on to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, ... it will take less time as there will be less corrections to make.

[What You’ll Do]

-All the ingredients(images, video clips, voice-over and script) for the video will be provided.
-The images or video clips must match with what's being spoken by the voice-over.
-Collaborate with me or our team to ensure the visuals meet aesthetic and desired output.
-If you are good at sound engineering (adding BGM and SFX for better quality videos, you may get additional $100 USD for 10 projects PLUS bonus.

* In the beginning, your edits will get a few feedback for refinement while adjusting to the preferred video style. But as you become familiar, you won't need my feedback and refinement as much.
