Position: HaloPSA Setup Specialist
Location: Remote (San Diego, CA)

About Us:
StoverTech is a small MSP (Managed Service Provider) company located in San Diego, CA. We specialize in providing a personalized approach to IT solutions, catering to a range of clients from home users to mid-sized architecture and engineering firms. Our company culture is collaborative and results-oriented, and we take pride in exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:
-Complete the setup and customization of HaloPSA for our MSP needs.
-Integrate third-party software and automate processes via APIs (e.g., automating -client billing based on cloud backup usage; integration with NinjaOne via APIs as needed).
-Sync QuickBooks expenses with HaloPSA to automate invoicing.
-Build the Service Desk with customized ticket types.
-Set up Knowledge Base articles and a client portal for end-user resources.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience setting up HaloPSA for MSPs.
-Strong skills in API integrations and automation.
-Knowledge of QuickBooks integration for automated invoicing.
-Experience with Service Desk setup and Knowledge Base development for clients.
-Prior work with an MSP IS A MUST!

A Plus but not 100% Required:
Knowledge of NinjaOne.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
