HVAC/AIRDUCT DISPATCHER - WITH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dispatcher to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our air duct services. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in appointment setting, lead generation, and dispatch specific to the air duct cleaning industry.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Dispatcher or Appointment Setter in an air duct cleaning company
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate leads and handle cold calls effectively within the air duct cleaning industry
Problem Solving: Strong skills to assess client needs quickly and provide solutions
Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills
Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
