If selected by the USCIS lottery, we will continue to process required documentation for onboarding and you can expect to start your role in the fall/winter of 2025.
Specialized Skills: The H-1B visa is tailor-made for roles demanding specialized skills in which the USA has shortages, which aligns well with your HVAC background.
Employer Sponsorship: To secure the visa, a US employer sponsors your application, recognizing your value to their team.
H1B Duration: Initially granted for up to 3 years, with the possibility of extensions totaling 6 years.
Career Advancement: The H-1B visa could lead to opportunities for permanent residency in the US.
Family Opportunity: Your immediate family members(spouse and children) can join you on H-4 visas, which allow them to obtain work or schooling in the US.
