What You’ll Do:
Create Job Posts: Write concise, compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage Listings: Post and manage roles on platforms like LinkedIn, onlinejobs.ph, and others for optimal visibility.
Screen Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews following our straightforward process.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and maintain communication between candidates and managers.
Build Talent Pools: Maintain a database of exceptional candidates for current and future openings.

Who You Are:
Organized, self-driven, and passionate about recruitment.
Experienced in HR or recruitment (1-2 years preferred, but not required).
Skilled communicator with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable following SOPs while ensuring a great candidate experience.
