JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard top talent to support the needs of our growing team.
Labor Law Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and DOLE regulations.
Contract Drafting: Prepare employment contracts, agreements, and other HR documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
Staff Management: Oversee employee relations, attendance, performance evaluations, and grievance handling.
Company Culture Development: Build and maintain a positive company culture that promotes teamwork, engagement, and growth.
Office Administration: Manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure smooth office operations.

What We’re Looking For:
F&B Industry Experience: Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a MUST.
Labor Law Expertise: Strong knowledge of labor laws and DOLE regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance at all times.
Contract Drafting Skills: Proven ability to draft employment contracts and other HR documents.
Strong People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and management skills to effectively handle employee relations and build team rapport.
Administrative Proficiency: Strong office skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other HR software.
English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional Experience: At least 2+ years of HR and administrative experience in a similar role.
