Job Summary

You will be responsible for crafting job descriptions, creating and managing accounts on job boards and platforms, conducting candidate screenings based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Source candidates using job boards and creative strategies.
Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews following SOPs.
Coordinate hiring processes with managers.
Maintain applicant databases and optimize recruitment workflows.
Requirements
