Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Leverage your extensive network to find and attract top talent.
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and employees, maintaining excellent relationships.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and engaging work environment for employees.
Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Problem-Solving: Address employee concerns and provide solutions promptly.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:

Strong Network: You know a lot of people and can tap into your connections to find the right candidates.
Excellent English Communication Skills: You’re fluent in English and can communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and employees.

Experience in HR: A background in HR or recruiting is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
