We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Specialist to manage recruitment efforts and key HR operations in a fully remote set up. This role will focus on talent acquisition, payroll processing, attendance management, and serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related concerns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have strong communication skills to effectively support a remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
-Source and attract candidates through various online channels (social media, onlinejobs.ph etc.)
-Screen resumes, conduct virtual interviews, and collaborate with CEO to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
-Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and feedback.
-Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Payroll Management:
-Process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
-Maintain and update employee compensation records, including overtime, commissions, and deductions.
-Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Attendance & Leave Management:
-Track employee attendance, absences, and leave requests.
-Ensure adherence to company attendance policies and assist employees with leave management (sick and vacation leave).
-Generate reports on attendance patterns and provide insights to management.

HR Support & Employee Relations:
-Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, including employee concerns and general support.
-Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
-Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for compliance purposes.
-Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts, promoting a positive and supportive virtual work environment.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
-Familiarity with HR software and tools for payroll, attendance, and recruitment
-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.
