Responsibilities:

Hiring:
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and screenings.
- Maintain the Hiring System.
- Post job listings on appropriate platforms.
- Coordinate with Department Leads and schedule final interviews.
- Extend job offers and assist in contract creation.

Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as setting up SOPs on ClickUp, tools setup, and coordination with different departments.


Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administration.
- Comfortable using time tracking software like Hubstaff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as ClickUp, Google Sheets, Hubstaff, and Discord.
- Excellent communication skills.
