We are looking for an HR Representative who will be responsible for various HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and documentation. The HR Representative will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR practices.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
Previous experience in an HR role is preferred, 6+ months of support experience, or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the HR Representative will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
