Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist

Salary: $5-6/hr
Work Hours: M-F, 9AM-6PM EST
Work Arrangements: Remote/WFH

Job Description: HR Recruiter (Technical Positions)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in technical
positions such as web developers and graphic artists. The ideal candidate should thrive in a
fast-paced environment, possess extensive experience in recruiting for both Asian countries
(especially Philippines, India, and other Asian regions) and Western countries (Canada, US).
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create
effective job descriptions.
• Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels including online job boards,
social media, networking events, and professional organizations.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet position
requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance,
ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring
needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance recruitment
strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably with a focus on technical
positions.
• Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting techniques specific to both Asian and Western
markets.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, qualifications, and industry-specific terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related
field preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior management.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong skills in scheduling and communication with hiring managers.
• Holds a BS in Psychology with a focus on Human Resource Management.
