JOB OVERVIEW

What we're looking for

The recruiter will be responsible for assessing hiring needs and successfully filling job openings. Key duties include anticipating future recruitment requirements, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates via databases and social media, conducting interviews, managing hiring documentation, and staying informed about employment laws and regulations. Additionally, the recruiter should oversee new and existing employees, serving as their advocate within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top-tier candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other sourcing techniques.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet business demands.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidate suitability, and maintain a strong talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to improve hiring efficiency.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume or global recruitment environment.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and passive sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, project management tools and recruitment automation tools.
- Strong ability to meet hiring targets.
- Ability to recruit across different industries and job levels.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
