Job Summary:
The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage HR tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions as needed.
Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefits-related questions and claims.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
HR Policies and Procedures:

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Keep abreast of HR best practices and legislative changes affecting employment.
Training and Development:

Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in an HR role, with knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
