HR Manager (Remote)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (China Time)

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring a strong, engaged, and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
Design and execute performance management systems and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture improvement.
Maintain and update HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and support organizational growth.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools for remote workforce management.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience in a multicultural and remote work environment is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
