JOB OVERVIEW

As the HR Manager at GLBR Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the productivity of our workforce. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives, including performance management, employee development, and organizational restructuring when necessary. You will work closely with department heads and subsidiary leaders to ensure our teams are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.


Key Responsibilities

Develop HR Strategies: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that promote high performance and productivity across all companies within the GLBR Group.

Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on setting objectives, giving feedback, and developing improvement plans.

Workforce Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within the workforce and implement strategies to enhance productivity, including restructuring and, when necessary, managing separations.

Employee Relations: Provide support and counsel to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Talent Development: Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.

Data Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce performance and inform decision-making.

Collaboration: Partner with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Change Management: Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HR best practices and implement innovative solutions to enhance HR functions.




Qualifications

Experience: Extensive experience in HR management, preferably within a multi-company or group setting.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams and initiatives effectively.
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Performance Management Expertise: Deep understanding of performance evaluation processes and tools.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to identifying and solving HR challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
